Mike is a longtime veteran of broadcast news in the Central Valley. He's worked at KGPE-TV for almost two-and-a-half decades. Currently, Mike co-anchors CBS 47 On Your Side News at Noon, and is the “Out and About” feature reporter on CBS 47 This Morning, covering local events and entertainment.
In late 2006, readers of Fresno Magazine voted Mike the second most popular television personality in the Central Valley!
Before moving to Fresno in the early 1980's, Mike worked at several television and radio stations across the country.
Mike's constant companion is his four-legged friend SamDog... half-Dalmatian, half-Queensland Heeler. Together, they make numerous public appearances around the valley for non-profit and charitable organizations. SamDog is also a frequent guest on "CBS 47 This Morning."
