No, our technicians are trained to do all the service work on new vehicles and electric lab can provide the necessary documentation on the service work completed at our facility.
3. What is the warranty on the work done at Electric Lab?
All work done at Electric Lab is warranted a full 12 months or 12,000 miles, which ever comes first.
4. Do you have "early bird drop off"?
Yes, a drop off box is located at the front gate.. where a customer can fill-out a form.. drop the form and keys in a secure lock box and leave their vehicle parked in front of Electric Lab (Monday - Friday).
5. Are your technicians "ASE Certified"?
Yes, All our technicians are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certified in their fields of specialization and are required to take additional training on a regular basis.
